The following film footage was obtained from the National Archives in College Park, Maryland, thanks to Carolyn Billups for her assistance in this matter.  Even though it's hard to see in the first part of the film, I noted a 36th Seahorse patch on the arm of one of the engineers working on the bridge. I will be working on the film footage in the near future to try and improve the quality. I hope you enjoy this.
