My family and I spent a marvellous week-end June 2 to 7 in Normandy for anniversary D-Day.
The festivities organised for the anniversary of the landing .I'm sure you'd have loved it !

I met six veterans including two veterans of the 101st Airborne .I even got a kiss on my cheek wow wow I was so proud

I am go to the Fiére for see the parachute jump of the 700 paratroopers. but the jump has been canceled . Because of the weather . I was very disappointed! But I saw many of veterans of the 82nd Airborne Division, and James H "Pee Wee" Martin of the 101 st Airborne 506 PIR Co G . Don " Jake " Jakeway 82 nd Airborne 508 PIR H Company. Herman "zerg" Zerger 36 TH Texas 141st Regiment I Company wow wow I was so proud
