A friend has this posted on the WBG forum. We are trying to help him determine EXACTLY what it is. One good guess is that is was a "sweetheart pin. Anyone know for sure?

Actually he is very serious about finding the history behind this pin. Not that people reading this would believe that... But ya never know.
