Hello,
Can you help me out? I am looking for a song that was made at the Kansas State board of Health Laboratory during WWII for the soldier boys to warn them against std's. It was something bout a redhead named Katy and getting syphilis from her maybe. Have you ever heard of this song? Do you know where I can find it? I already called the Kansas State Board of Health. They don't know anything about it. Are you able to get it from the army? Do you think you could help me find this song????
Thank you so much for any help you can give.
Sincerely,
Rebekah

If any of you read James Swanson's book "Manhunt" about the hunt for John Wilkes Booth you will be happy to know that HBO is still working on bringing that to the small screen. Originally Harrison Ford had been selected to play the lead, but the option on that ran out.
They are now reworking how the story will be told-and it will be from the point of view of one of the troopers involved in the chase.
If you haven't read the book, I would highly suggest asking Santa to bring it. It is very well written and historically accurate.
HBO did an excellent job with "John Adams" and I hope they will do as fine a job with this.

Heading out on Sunday morning to meet up with some old friends from the 101st Airborne, including Don Burgett and George Koskimaki. I haven't seen Don in over a year, and I haven't seen George in about three years or more. Yikes.
Am looking forward to seeing my buddies in Oxford, MI.
