http://www.boeing.com/history/bna/p82.htm P-38 and B-17 - chucktoo1926 - 03-26-2005 That was great Misha. I never heard a thing about the P-82. Sure sounds like it would have taken over if it could have been further down the pike. sure was a beauty. sorta like a big brother to the 38.

Something about me..well,I’m a musician,living in Belgrade,Serbia,(Europe) and I served In Yugoslavian army(artillery)1981-1982.We’ve got some U.S.weapons in our army,GMC trucks,M-47 Patton tanks,High speed tractors from WWII,Tommy Guns,Browning0,50 cal. Etc.Some kind of museum ha-ha! My hobby is a modeling aircrafts and tanks,of course only U.S.WWII and Vietnam war period. Few weeks ago I send to Marion CD’s with more music for this great site, when shi fix Music site that will be great party.So, if you want I will send you some beauty pictures of “war birds†for your desktop.
