The passing of John Zimmerman 48th CE - Walt's Daughter - 12-27-2006
Col. John Zimmerman, USAR, retired, Nassau, Long Island, NY died Thanksgiving Day, 2006. John served as a Corporal in the 235 engineer Battalion of the 1108 Engr. Group during WW11. John contributed greatly to the success of the 1108 Reunion Organization.
