monument dedicate to the animals which perished in the last wars - Walt's Daughter - 08-07-2007 Awww, that is just beautiful. I have never seen anything like that until today. Just think of the thousands of animals that were injured, or killed. It saddens one's heart. monument dedicate to the animals which perished in the last wars - Dogdaddy - 08-07-2007 That's really nice that someone stopped to think about the loss of ALL God's creatures in addition to the terrible loss of human life in war. I read somewhere a figure that was just for horses killed while in use by the German army and it's in the hundred thousands. I know there is a cemetery in Hawaii for War Dogs too. Nice tribute, anyway.
