VETERAN'S DAY 2006
#11

Rocky, you are such a handsome fellow.  Could you give me any tips on keeping my young physique?

I wish they'd get someone like you or even better, the real YOU to speak at our annual Veteran's Day ceremony.  The speakers this year were kinda dry.

Brooke

 Sharp!!

I just got back home, mom and I went to NC. My uncle's wife passed away last Wednesday. On the way home I was thinking about all the veterans I've met online and I really want to meet everyone face to face, life can be so short. We should have a "meet up".

First off, my condolences.

Secondly that is my dream to, to have all of us meet. That would make my day, my week, my year...

I am serious about wanting to form a group to continue to honor all of our vets, such as The Sons and Daughters of WWII Vets Org, or Children of WWII Vets, or something to that extent.

Just don't wait too long !! Everyday seems to get shorter and shorter. Just like the farmer plowing and getting down to the short rows. :zelda: It is a very good idea you girls have. Just pick a date and place and see what happens. Say around the last of May or June. :argue: Rocky
