I love your "urging".
Many of the guys here are a part of the registry including my dad. I registered him about three or four years ago. I have his "memorial" in our store window. I am very proud of him.
I think it's a great thing for ALL vets to do!

I have registered about 200 of the men in Co B 48 Engrs. I have sent the certificate to those that are still alive & to most of the surviving widows. I submitted all of the KIA's of the 48th & many in other companies of the 48th & 235th. OH! I also submitted my sister, Mary, & life long friend S/Sgt Dorothy Nichols of Bowie Texas both who served in WW11. AL
