Farewell Cecil Addy - 36th Combat Engineer
Below is a letter I received from a dear friend of Cecil Addy's. Rest in peace buddy! I'm also attaching a few pics of him. Several of you will recognize his pic from the documentary, No Bridge Too Far.

Hi, Marion...
I sadly report that Cecil Addy of Decatur, MS passed away Wednesday, September 22, 2010. He had suffered a debilitating stroke in June. He now resides healthy and strong once more in a special place for "veteran angels." Maybe he and your dad are swapping tales with each other.
Should anyone want to send a card or note, here is the address for Cecil's daughter:
Debbie Boggan
2698 Muley Road
Decatur, MS 39327
Although I've not been in touch with you for quite some time, I have continued to keep up with your emails and website. Congratulations on your progress on the documentary!! I've not yet ordered a copy of the first segment, but plan to do so soon.
Once again, thank you so much for all you have and continue to do. Special thanks as well, to all the veterans....to whom we are forever indebted.
Fondly,
Nancy Gardner
