I just hope it brought the war HOME to a few more million viewers. If it stirs only half of them, that will be million more people who won't forget the war and its far-reaching fingers into present day history.

I have watched all 7 episodes several times on DVD and appreciate even more.. all those who sacrificed their youth and in some cases..their lives, so that we might reap the benefits of a Free Society. I hope the latter group can still be proud as they look down from Heaven upon each succeeding generation of Americans. There have been many times that I have hoped they are not too disappointed.
