Today I received a beautiful coin from my Belgium friend, Gilbert Stevenot. He sent me a 60th anniversary commemorative coin regarding the Battle of the Ardennes. This gift was given to me in honor of my father who fought in the Alsace/Ardennes Campaign ( The Battle of the Bulge).
I thanked him profusely and promised him that I would display it with honor in my home. I am displaying the coin for all of you below.
