Probably one of the reasons you have a good forum is because you are strict. You have to have rules and guidelines or things will go to hell. It's like running a classroom; first and foremost you must have discipline. Every good soldier knows that!
As for 112th IR; a friend of mine had done some research of the fighting there during the Ardennes Offensive and he got in touch with both a GI and a German soldier who literally have shot at each other there.The GI was hiding behind a TD and the German was advancing down the hill.
How's that for an opportunity?
