	I just love reading the war diaries. Nothing gives you the feel of war as some young man's constant attention to the events surrounding him.
When I got to the bottom and read, "The diary ends on the above date.", my first thought was, oh no!   , but then read that he was injured, but he DID get to go home.

Trenches a mile long...   War is hell.
