What is it about these proud daughters that makes them such good and diligent historians and researchers ? I suppose it comes down to the often special relationship between a father and daughter. (I talk from personal experience!) That is rarely as close in the father/son relationship which means the experiences are not passed down. That was the case in my research into my fathers war service. Even so I will still sign myself ............. Proud son, Colin. |
