Hello Marion. I saw the post and if I am not mistaken there was also a commemoration for operation Dragoon. I decided not to visit the States this year. I am moving to an appartment within the next two months so I have to save some money. Maybe I am going to Normandy somewhere this year. I have been to the States last year and visited the East / North-East side. I even was in Michigan for a couple of hours but we had to catch the flight in Detroit. Maybe next time.
