Just started looking and am wondering after I saw this, for it was the 82nd Airborne who were at Sicily, not the 101st. They didn't come into the war until Normandy.
Chick talks about the invasion of Sicily in July of 1943 and the tragedy that occurred with the 101st Air Borne. Filmed 2007 at the studios of WILL, University of Illinois as part of the “WWII Central Illinois Stories” series
I think you will have to make a disclaimer, saying the 101st were stated in error. It happens. Easy to do, especially when trying to recall events which happened so long ago.
