Indeed, that is what I meant.
I - Erwin - bought a T-shirt "I'm with a WWII Vet".
Sorry for the confusion.

Hi Rocky, glad to hear you had a nice time even though the heat was intense.
I've never been able to handle the heat, I go into meltdown almost immediately.

Great to see you had a good time at the game Rocky. Ya the heat has been kinda bad, 2 weeks ago i was down in Laredo TX and last friday i was in Texarkana AR, dont ask how hot a 5x8 metal box on 18 wheels can get in 105 degree heat.

You too, sir. I have just a weird sense of humor and being Belgian doesn't make it easier, hehe.

Am sitting here eating an orange popsicle on our front porch, and watching the Nascar race, while running the sprinkler for my English garden. Nice summer day here in Michigan. Can't complain about the heat. It's about 82, sunny and breezy and not very humid today. Of course I am sitting in the shade. Need about a hundred more days like this in a row.
Sorry you couldn't enjoy the game even more, but with heat like that, I wouldn't have stayed either. Yuck!

Can't wait to see Rocket J Squirrel in his tee shirt. It was hot here last week and really humid. My friend from Tennessee was here for the week helping out with some home managment stuff so I had the AC on most of the week. Today there is a break in the heat and I have the attic fan on and the windows open. |
