If this works, here is a pic of my grandfather just after basic. I feel pretty lucky to have this photo. I here lots of stories of people aren't as fortunate as me to have a decent photo.

Here's to William and you are so right. Not many even have a photo. When I hear that I feel so lucky to have what I do. So very lucky. Always happy to see my dad's face smiling on me from his photographs. Lucky gal am I!

Wow...am I the only one that thinks the soldier in this picture (Mr. Grogan) reseambles Donnie Wahlberg as Carwood Lipton in Band of Brothers?
