Darlene--Yep love that S-O-S. I HATE ORANGE MARMALADE*#&(^ especialy

on pancakes!! We had just been relieved off the line,came down from Mt. Pantano

And the mess Sgt. was ordered to bring us breakfast . Here he comes with two

stoves atop a sixbysix. Dehydrated eggs, pancakes, sausage no syrup just

ORANGE MARMALADE !! To this day I hate it. There is a restaurant close by

that I GO HAVE, SOS, HALF ORDER AND THE PLATE NEEDS SIDE BOARDS BUT

IT'S DEEELEECHOUS !! Rocky :armata_PDT_37:

Every so often my father would have me make SOS, but his favorite was cold beans out of the can.

Funny you mention the orange marmalade, just started hauling jars upstairs to put some up. Guess you wont be on that waiting list.... :lol:

cold beans out of a c-ration can,just scrape the lard of the top. Your father could

have been up in the mountains of Italy. Orange marmalade! yuk, no lol! rocky :armata_PDT_19:
