Hello everyone, on the occasion of the liberation of Italy by Allied forces, we organized a small exhibition and a friend of mine and I we have dusted off our uniforms!
Steve Cole has rightly pointed out to me that I mistakenly reversed the lieutenant bar in the cap.... poor me
The image posting is quite different from the old one, btw very nice new graphics, M1 great job!

Yes, I guess you are correct; a beard or other facial hair would not be becoming of an officer.
Gracie, on my Italian, just little phrases here and there. I really should get one of those DVD's from Rosetta Stone. Would like to pickup where I left off in 11th grade with my French, and then to learn Italian, so when I visit, I can mumble my way around.

I had started the American English with Rosetta, but as always I have left.... I would need a taskmaster with a whip behind me to make me study LOL

I noticed the rusty rifles. Are these things some recently found or acquired as of late? Are they going to be restored?
). That is the maximum of restoration that can be done. Here in Italy, the laws on weapons are really very restrictive
