Here's another film that includes engineer operations. It shows Company A, 36th Engineers under artillery fire trying to build a bridge on the Volturno in support of 34th Division. The high ground had not yet been taken, and no one informed the engineers. Later in the film, I think those pontons getting swept away in the torrent belonged to a 36th bridge.
