Hi everyone:

My friend, Ed Saraniero (48th Engineer), called me this weekend and was wondering if Lt Arthur Peternell was still alive. I sent a letter to everyone on my 48th email list, and wanted to post this here too.

I hope I can give him an answer and if he is no longer with us, maybe I can put him in touch with Arthur's family.

I just sent an email to the museum, to see if they are in contact with either Arthur or his family.

From what I can ascertain, he passed away in 1992.
