New to this forum. My dad (Thomas Osbourn) was in Naples, Rome, No Appennines and PO Valley. I'm trying to find someone who was or is related to someone who may served with him. His discharge papers give Co C 338th Engr. He departed on April 29, 1943 and arrived at NATO on May 12, 1943. Also listed is specialty of AA Machine gunner. He was discharged on November 12, 1945.

Hi everyone:
My friend, Ed Saraniero (48th Engineer), called me this weekend and was wondering if Lt Arthur Peternell was still alive. I sent a letter to everyone on my 48th email list, and wanted to post this here too.
I hope I can give him an answer and if he is no longer with us, maybe I can put him in touch with Arthur's family.
Many thanks,
